Dear potencial Participants,

If you have a trouble to pay the registration fee by credit card, we would recommend "Bank Transfer".

Please sign up and online registration first, and then let us know your ID(it could be your email address).

We will send an invoice with our bank information when we receive the mail.

After sending your money to us, it would be grateful if you can send your reference number to make sure.

▶ Steps for Bank transfer

1. Sign up (www.icrc2017.org)

2. Online registration (Not only representative, but also all participants)

3. Let admin know your ID (admin@icrc2017.org), the amount and names.
    If you will pay for several people, please let us know their IDs, and total amount.
    Please note, in total registration fee, it doesn't include the commission.

4. After sending your money, please send your transfer reference to us.
   Otherwise we can't update your payment status to "Completed". It should be sent by the deadline.
