The organizing committee will allocate booths respecting the order of application submission, booth size and payment date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the department of Exhibition ICRC2017.
The initial deposit of 30% of the total amount will NOT be refunded.
50% of the total fee is refundable for cancellations made before May 31st, 2017. From June 1st, 2017, there will be no refunds.
